Dear Blizzard Legal Department:

I would like to bring to your attention the horrendous crime one of your employees have committed against Elitemaiden, a faithful World of Warcraft player (who played the game since the game began), causing her to quit the game in UNDUE time. (Especially when I am already in a GREAT guild full of GREAT people). Now that guild is forced into having no mage and may possibly not do as well as intended. I did not waste MY TIME trolling ANYONE. I have already been revered and heroic keyed for many instances.

Forum Moderater Corelei is responsible for encouraging the vicious slandering of my good name in the game on the forums both in Hyjal and in Drenden. He is the very reason why people feel empowered to troll me.

The setup was put into place by a vicious player named Metazare. This is the most current thread to hold a ceasefire upon me.

If you look carefully at this player's trend, you will see that this player has harrassed me continuously and intends to do me harm. Along with a huge circle of Hyjal friends. All of them participate in the trolling of Elitemaiden.

The dire situation and cause of people trolling me starts way back in ULDUM. let me give you some history, in case you find digging up the archives too much work to do: the issues arose when my GM Leggo quit the game. After he left the game, there was no more real leadership. The guild fell to peices. When we lost our best priest and many other members to other servers, it was time to say goodbye to Uldum.

In an innocent post to Thank all my friends for being so kind to me and helping me to succeed in Uldum and wishing them goodbye. This caused an onslaught of jealous outrage.

Wasn't THANKING one's friends part of friendly community rapport? Since WHEN was thanking someone "trolling:"?

Many jealous people came out of the woodworks to troll that thread. After that first initial trolling post, Blizzard did NOTHING to stop the trolling. It seemed as though every person who FAILED in the game tried to pin their own failure upon my head even though I did not know them, did not ever play with them nor interacted with them. They were jealous and envious of my noble and fun gaming including romances and the Grand Marshal Barbarconan forever kneeling at my feet every single day at Ironforge...

Did I ask him to kneel to me? NO. So Why am I being falsely accused of trolling? I did not ask for the trolls to come and create Drama in Drenden just like I did not ask the Uldum trolls to come meet up with the equaly troubled trolls in Hyjal because they were jealous that I was leaving THEM behind.

On the server Uldum, I organized a huge guild of over 250 players. At one point we were strictly adhering to the noble code of no begging, no whining, no disrespect. Those who chose NOT to abide by our simple rules were asked to leave the guild. In many instances they chose to be disrespectful to each other resulting in both parties being removed from the guild.

I spent almost 2 years training my guildies and sent them to the best guilds. I did my best to make things happen for my friends and waited a long time to excel because I knew that I could. And so it came to pass.

Along the way, I was one of the most avid Pick up Group coordinators. I played with just about everybody on the server.

There were instances where people refused to play fair, forcing me to tell them that they were being greedy and not playing fair. In those rare instances, that person chose to be uncooperative nor kind...such as the player "Bravesoul" who chose to LIE that another guildie was ninjaing the scales from ubrs and selling it. This was a LIE. He only wanted it for himself and would not let anyone else roll on it. I, as team leader, raid leader and guild leader called him on it asking him to be honest and stop spreading lies.

There were incidents like that along the way. These vicious, evil, dishonest players I believe are hidden behind the trolling of Elitemaiden.

Melcene, a female player who was jealous. She had a noob unsuccessful guild. She went so far as to brag that she wanted to purchase Elitemaiden. She came onto the spotlight when she heard that I was leaving Uldum.

In the spirt of competition, we were not the best guild but we were definitely one of the most determined guilds. I reorganized my guild 4 or 5 times before we became a premier Zul Gurub guild.

I helped so many people and had so many relations in the game through that network of helping people that we were able to do most things in the game including raiding.

Eventually, I joined the raiding guild Red Dragons. Within 8 months, I got all my epics. Understandably, this inspired even MORE jealousy since some people were not able to get their sets within 2 years.

People were already getting upset for no reason at me by the time I left Uldum. It did not help that I got into most guilds minus the guild application process...and got put into the top teams.

So when I transferred to Hyjal thinking that based solely on my own merits and hard work, I would find opportunities, the ULDUM trolls had already came and set into motion an vicious cycle of haters.

Hyjal I found to be a server that was OPPRESSED by the big guilds. It was shocking to me that people were so undergeared. The rich were filthy rich and the poor were in RAGS. Nobody cared about helping with anything. Most of them had not even seen MC yet. And it was already NAXX era.

Immediately upon day 3 of my arrival, the trolling began with Pilsner, Desideria, Metazare, Digo, and the most noted Kriegsherren.

reported every single incident. I was disgusted with the state of decay this guild had in personality and morale.

So I decided to not get involved in any guilds at all since this server was a sad disappointement...in overall progress and server morale was an all time LOW....I was disappointed after being turned down by the ONLY two guilds I actually took the time to apply for and thought might actually be decent and open to new players. Trivial, my first guild of choice turned me down based solely on rumor and vicious slander from the forums. Not a single member had talked to me in-game nor interacted with me. The GM openly admitted that he made his decision based on hearsay.

So I went to PVP. Every moment I was online, I was being harassed. I reported every single incident to Blizzard.

I don't know if these people were reprimanded or warned or what happened. But the more they got reported, the angrier they got.

Meanwhile I did as the GM's advised. I put them all on ignore.

When they could no longer whisper me, they took it to in-game physical harm.

They would send all of their friends to do fire spells and throw snowballs at me. It was like a seen right out of the holocaust with the NAZI's of HYJAL trying to torture me, a poor JEW.

Still, nothing was being done. It was at a point in time when Digo insulted me on the forums and I had reported a thousand threads that Forum Moderator Corelei came to the scene.

He decided to put a padlock on Digo's post. I wanted the trolls of ULDUM to see that there was some repercussion for all the trouble they started. But instead, Forum Moderator Corelei put a message to ELITEMAIDEN personally in big bright blue letters.

What he did was perpetuate the trolling even MORE and brought more unwanted attention than the thousand trolls had ever strived to accomplish.

However, they did fear Corelei so the trolling stopped for a few days.

At about this time I got recruited into the raiding guild CORE LEGACY. They took me all the way through BWL. The trolls got even MORE jealous.

But they stopped trolling. When the lead mage got jealous of my skill and he tried to bully me in the guild, I left the guild. HE then started a trolling post and got the trolling started all over again. Even though I LEFT his guild. HE should have been happy but he was not a nice person at all. He was jealous and spiteful.

Finally BC came and I left Hyjal and came to Drenden. The very moment I left...METAZARE and Lianadra had already came over to Drenden to start trolling me here.

The people of Drenden were mature enough to ignore it and told them off. They left but I have no doubt that they made level 1's to come and spy on me in Drenden.

When it came to pass that a guild mage tried to steal my spot in Karazhan and an absentee officer handled it poorly and I left THAT guild. The said mage and officer started a trolling post. It was exactly what the trolls of Uldun, Hyjal and the NEW trolls of Drenden were waiting for.

DO YOU SEE A TROLLING TREND HERE?

The trolls were spreading LIES. Literally making up LIES out of thin air. And nobody was there to keep them from LYING and continuing to cuase trouble for me.

I am NOT the instigator of these trolling posts. I want to make that absolutely clear. If you go back to your archives and look up the threads made by Desideria, Metazare, Lianadra, Eddington, and all the trolls I reported, you will see the vicious circles of that friendship group who all waste their time LOTS OF IT trolling Elitemaiden.

Finally GM Corelei showed up again...after already missing many deleted posts, he again PUTS my name in lights, and asserts in big bold letters falsely framing ME. Where was he when the trolls started the threads? What right does he have to assert blame when he did NOTHING to protect me? When I was the one reported these people and ASKED for help thousands upon thousands of times, I was ignored and pushed aside?

HOW DARE HE now come and assert such slanderious LIES about me to the general public when he has failed in your efforts to keep a clean and safe environment. When he disrespects the VICTIM and turns the VICTIM into a false accused. HIDING all the thousands of archived slanders and vicious attempts to create drama for Elitemaiden.

THIS IS THE TRUTH. GOD KNOWS IT. HE KNOWS IT.

I reported Forum Moderator twice for his attempt to frame me and use me as a scapegoat for these trolls.

Despite the fact that Blizzard is GREEDY and cares only for making money off these trolls, it's TOS states that it is there to protect ALL...yet I am NOT PROTECTED.

In fact, Forum Moderator Corelei went as far as banning me after I already responded to him and demanding justice in the post that he locked for all to see. I have every right to be upset at how he has botched the situation and failed to resolve it in a mature and authoritive manner. Punishing the victim to hide his own poor handling of the situation. He even made a SNIDE remark.

and I see that now he is PRETENDING to help the community put a sticky on mogwai (one of the drenden trolls who slandered me just last week) post about crafts and skills.

I reported him a third time. Nobody has responded or aided me in this horrible crime that Corelei has committed and all the crimes which the forum trolls he encourages and supports have done to me.

I demand a formal investigation of these matters. And I demand that you find someone in authority to respond to my call for HELP and JUSTICE.

The vicious crimes that have been committed against me needs to be investigated. I will not let Corelei get away with this nor the trolls who have harassed me and broken a thousand of your TOS's.

I have quit the game the night that I found Corelei to be a corrupt authority of Blizzard.

When a faithful player quits the game and closes their account due to losing FAITH in the authority within that game to protect the player, then you have a serious issue that needs to be looked at.

I implore you to make haste to seek a better resolution to this problem.

I demand a retraction of the unfair and unjust BAN upon my account even if it is AFTER I had already quit the game (me quitting being CAUSED by the unjust SLANDER and TROLLING of Forum Moderator Corelei).

My mage is of no small measure of time invested.

She is highly skilled as you can see on her ARMORY and cause for others to be jealous because they are TOO lazy to fish, level up tailoring, cooking, first aid, etc.

If I do not hear from you within 30 days as you have stated in the TOS, I will have no choice to seek legal remedies. I believe that the actions of your employee and your inability to react to issues within the breaching of your TOS by hundreds of your players to be unconscienable and unacceptable.

I have played the game in a most noble manner possible. Treated all with respect and demanded only the same in return. Those who refused to respect me, I chose to ignore them and not have them at all in my virtual reality. But they make level one's to harass me. I report those too. This has been going on now for the last YEAR. AND if you look at my reporting, you will see THOUSANDS of incident which YOU have failed to help me or to keep your TOS in place.

I would also like to note that they came from ALL other realms to TROLL me in Drenden as of the latest incident where Corelei has FAILED to note this fact. THEY are the ones who are causing strife within the community and he is empowering them to do so. Therefore it is CLEAR to me that he has targed me for trolling and targeted me for victimizing and he has sabatoged my account and my access to the forums to not only report the trolls but to defend my rights as a paying customer.

I DEMAND his superiors look into this immediately. I demand that the legal department investigate the archives of the forums.

There is nothing there but SLANDER and LIES and VICIOUS GOSSIP.

You need to look at the GROSSLY FAILED purpose of your public forums and archives. They are nothing to be proud of.
